Food Preparation & Service	Culinary Skills (Western) Food & Beverage Operations Pastry & Baking	GPA ≥ 2.5 (inclusive of CCA bonus) and pass interview & medical examination
Retail Operations	Service Skills (Retail)	GPA ≥ 2.5 (inclusive of CCA bonus) & pass interview

ISC progression applicants who do not meet the progression criteria of GPA ≥ 2.5 will need to apply during the topping-up phase and are subject to vacancies available and interview by Session Heads of the relevant courses.
